1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Fusso ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Fusso is a personal job application tracking tool. It provides features including but not limited to: application tracking, kanban pipeline management, contact management, interview scheduling, CSV import/export, email reminders, and dashboard analytics. The Service is offered in two tiers: Free and Pro.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person may hold only one account
- Accounts are non-transferable
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Free tier: Limited to 15 active applications. No payment required. No time limit.
- Pro tier: Monthly subscription at the rate displayed on the pricing page. Unlimited applications and all features.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (fusso.lemonsqueezy.com). We do not store payment card details.
- Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal linked in Settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the duration of their current billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and using the Service
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to access, modify, or delete other users' data
- Not use the Service to store illegal, harmful, or fraudulent information
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service without explicit permission
- Not use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure
6. Data Ownership and License
Activity Log Data: Users may clear their activity log at any time via the Data Management settings. Cleared logs are hidden from view and permanently deleted after 90 days. Users may restore cleared logs within the 90-day retention window. Fusso does not access or review individual activity log entries.
- You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service
- We claim no intellectual property rights over your application data, notes, or job search information
- You grant Fusso a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service
- You may export and delete your data at any time
7. Service Availability and Limitations
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Notice will be provided when possible.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- We are not liable for data loss. You are encouraged to regularly export your data as a backup.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusso and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings → Data Management
- Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms
- Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and/or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
