1. Information We Collect
When you use Fusso, we collect the following information:
- Account information: Your email address (via Google OAuth or email sign-up). We do not collect names or usernames.
- Application data: Job application details you enter (company names, roles, statuses, notes, salary information, interview dates, contacts)
- Usage data: Product analytics (page views, feature usage, session duration) to improve the app. For logged-in users, analytics is tied to your account — we send your user ID and email to PostHog (US-hosted). Analytics is consent-based; you may decline via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
- Error data: Error reports including stack traces and browser information (via Sentry) to diagnose issues. Local variable values are not captured, and sensitive fields are redacted before reports leave the server.
- Billing data: If you subscribe to Pro, payment processing and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy (fusso.lemonsqueezy.com). We do not store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically:
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To display your job application data in the dashboard, kanban board, and lists
- To send follow-up reminder emails (Pro feature)
- To analyze usage patterns to improve the app (consent-based)
- To diagnose and fix errors
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers:
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
- Vercel — Application hosting and serverless functions
- PostHog — Product analytics (consent-based; user ID and email for logged-in users)
- Sentry — Error reporting (sensitive fields redacted)
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing — Pro subscribers only
- Resend — Email delivery — Pro feature
- Google — OAuth identity provider
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 90 days after deletion.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Export your data at any time from Settings → Data Management (JSON; CSV export is available from the applications view)
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Clear your activity log from Settings → Data Management
- Request a copy of your data (contact us at support@fusso.app)
