1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fusso ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Fusso is a personal job application tracking tool. It provides features including but not limited to: application tracking, kanban pipeline management, contact management, interview scheduling, CSV import/export, email reminders, and dashboard analytics. The Service is offered in two tiers: Free and Pro.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. One person may hold only one account; accounts are non-transferable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate displayed on the pricing page, processed by Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal linked in Settings — access to Pro features continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis; Pro fees are not prorated for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fusso is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, missed follow-ups, or data inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
